The postpartum period, also known as the fourth trimester, begins immediately after birth.

Here we cover multiple areas of postpartum life to try and make it a little easier for you. Some areas covered are postpartum recovery, self care, maternity leave and returning to work.

In this section we also focus a on maternal mental health and have posts about postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum psychosis.

We believe your mental health after birth is just as important as your physical health.
