Postpartum Recovery
With the birth of your baby comes a great deal of healing. It is important to look after yourself during this time to make sure that you are able to recover well from anything related with labour and delivery, including vaginal or C-section births, stitches, etc.
If something doesn’t seem right in regards to physical or mental health, please go talk with your Health Visitor/GP about it as soon as possible so they can help point out what’s going on and how we might be able to get better results when trying new things for ourselves!

As many as 1 in 10 new moms experience postpartum depression after the birth of their baby. It is a difficult time for both mother and child, which can be dealt with through physical health care or psychiatric therapy sessions.
